Adobe abandons $20 billion acquisition of Figma due to regulatory pressure. Both companies mutually agree to terminate the merger agreement, resolving all aspects of the termination. Adobe will pay a $1 billion termination fee to Figma. The decision comes after failed attempts to obtain regulatory approval.
